Niamez Paint Manufacturer (Pty) Ltd (herein after referred to as Niamez®) is a company that has created a brand concept consisting of decorative paint, industrial coating, automotive, road/tar marking , and protective coating.
Niamez was founded in 2012 by Nathiweftu Kenniez Phakathi. (He is a qualified Research and Development Coating Chemical Engineer). Since then, we have worked closely with our suppliers and customers to become one of the fast growing quality paint distributor in South Africa at large and partially in some countries in the Southern African Region. Throughout this tremendous growth, Niamez has never lost sight hitherto.

A corner stone of our strategy is the creation of sustainable growth through a combination of new product launches and replenish-able basics. Niamez®’s product line is based on five elements of the universe. Its character, properties and related colours , defines these elements. The five elements are, wood, fire, earth, metal and water.
Our developed products are tested in our factory for up to six months at accelerated conditions prior to their wholesale launch. In addition have developed product that are intended only for our retail stores (i.e. brushes and sponges). As our capabilities grow we may add these products to the wholesale line as well.
Our raw materials are sourced local and import some for quality purposes. Packaging for our paint buckets are purchased and branded locally.
Labels and stickers are printed and applied at each production facility from digitized art produced by our graphic director. This provides us with complete creative control while allowing us to maximize efficiency at the factories.
